I'm with you on HOMS, though I short, rather than use puts, which I have little experience with. Since Anthony @ Pacific first started exposing these guys, I've shorted into every run-up, covered for at least 15-20%, and reloaded on the next run-up. On Monday I covered at 27.1 (from AVG just under 33) then reloaded a small position in mid 28s and will wait until over 31 to back up the truck. At this point, since the word is out to mainstream via Blodgett & CO., I will probably box it the next time through the cycle - some day there won't be any shares left to short and I'd be bummed if I wasn't on board for the big dump.
