I don't know that it won't continue. I fact, it might and I believe I suggested that possibility. But "investing" (betting) on the premise that ever more bad news will continue to be ignored isn't good risk management at this end.

If I misread your point of view, and this is not the motivation you espouse for the maintenance of a bullish perspective, please show me any solid evidence that profits are about to reverse their nasty downward slide, because without such a reversal, you are making your bets strictly on technical (chart) considerations. "Trends continue until they don't".

As I noted, it looks like a normal bear market rally to me.
