Don, As a matter of fact, many semi cos did have "negative trucking activity" by your definition in Q1. Customers returned products back to them.

Of course, you may be closer to the truth than you think as several semi producers have had truck-loads of chips returned with a "return to sender" sticker on the boxes or worse, "consignee not known at this address". (VBG)
