Are there any tax lawyers, consultants, advisors that would like to give an opinion that should not be construed as legal advise or consulation as to the following question:

If a person receives access to a stock picking site that would normally cost 7800 a year but they receive that access for free because they are functioning as a moderator of said site..would they have to disclose that as some form of taxable income on their federal tax return?
