i'm not saying 100% of future retirees are going to pull every last cent out of the market the minute they're eligible. but they are going to slow contributions and start to become net sellers as opposed to net buyers. furthermore, as they become older they are going to become much more risk averse and shy away from highly valued risky tech plays. that just makes it all that much tougher for new economy plays to come back to the levels they once were.
