Limited use is due to folks with limited knowledge of what they can do with the technology...be careful not to confuse lack of use with lack of knowledge...as an aside, I don't claim to be an IS maven, just a device junky and you still have not made your case as to competition for the Blackberry (without redirection, with end-to-end encyption, with ease of use, etc)...what do YOUR folks use in place of the RIMM device?...one last, last thing...I run the MIS dept!!
