Hi JPT,

Your in with TIN-v @$.30 for 33,333 shares.

Chart for Tetratel Inc.(TIN-v):

stockcharts.com[l,a]djclnimy[dc][pc20!b50!b100!b200][vc60][iLl14!Lh14,3!La12,26,9]

Looking at the chart for TIN we can see the stock had a mini sell-off on Friday with 3x normal volume. The stock has been trading above it's 20EMA since early April and needs to close above $.31 Monday to keep this trend in tact. This company seems to be doing all the right things as of late and I've decided to not dwell on the chart but to show the latest NR instead. It's worth reading. JMHO

JPT, news on your pick TIN-v:

Tetratel appoints DuBarry president

Tue 5 Jun 2001

News Release

Mr. James DuBarry reports

Tetratel has appointed James DuBarry president.
Mr. DuBarry, previously of the national hi-tech upstart WiBand
Communications, will be relocating to Edmonton from Toronto to lead
Tetratel onto its next stage of growth and advancement. Currently Mr.
DuBarry is both a director and chief financial officer of Tetratel. "James
has done an outstanding job since he first came aboard when the stock price
was at its historical low," says Ken Tetterington, current president and
chairman of Tetratel. "Given the stage the company is at, there is no
better person to carry us into the future."
Mr. Tetterington will remain chairman of the board, and will assume the
role of vice-president of technology and development. "Tetratel is now at
the point where it requires 100 per cent of Ken's time in the lab," says
Mr. DuBarry. "It is imperative we keep moving forward in the deployment of
our current technology and commercialization of our laser projection
technology."
A realignment of the executive team is in keeping with any organization
that begins to evolve beyond the upstart stage and faces unprecedented
opportunity that it has not been faced with in its previous history.
Tetratel is continuing to face a trend toward regular signing of contracts,
U.S. dollar agreements and royalty potential in international markets. With
this executive realignment Tetratel will continue to focus on its market
window timing, and on being a global company as it is positioned to be.
