The #1 reason that equities might rise further is the staggering level of money printing

And another huge increase in M3 this week confirms this. What's more interesting to me is that some of the other aggregates (M2 and especially Monetary Base) which had been lagging, also had huge weeks.

The credit bubble has not subsided at all.
