Jim, Look at Global Telesystems, Inc.(symbol GTS)a leader in broadband IP and optical networking in Europe,present stock price is .38. The 52 week high was 14.87 and the low was .33. Management is entering negotiations next week with bondholders to swap debt for equity in the company. Short interest is starting to cover, 6 mil shares in last 30 day report,but there is still as of last report 22 mil shares short. There is talk of a short squeeze occurring starting Monday. I know,we've all heard about short squeezes before and most turn out to be nothing but hype. But,I think this one deserves a close look. GTS trades on the New York exchange. Trading was halted Friday pending dissemination of a company news release,but will open Monday morning. If a squeeze does occur this thing could go wild. Mind you I didn't buy GTS to play a squeeze. I bought some time ago because of it's future potential as a long term play on European broadband. Mike

Hi Jim, You mean to tell me that you Actually missed an opportunity to make some money on a stock? <gg> Don't worry, I miss them All of the time. Usually when I do though it is because I do not follow up on the List stocks that you so graciously put out every week. My fault, not Yours <gg>. I do not watch any television so it is not surprising that I missed the ad. I don't read any newspapers either. I just kind of live like a hermit and the only source of information that I have about the outside world is from the Internet or whenever I actually step outside into it. I just go to work and go back home <gg>. I was shocked to see the other day that they had torn down the shopping mall down the street. I asked someone about it and they said that it had been gone for over a year <gg>. One of these days I will pull into a gas station and they will say "What? We do not sell gas here, only fuel cells. I think that I saw your van in a PBS special the other day, what an Antique." See if you can get a tour Jim and send some pictures of the Outside world to some of us homebodies OK? I am still disappointed with myself for not taking any pictures of the WTAI plant and sales facility. Oh Well, that will give me something to do the next time I leave the house and go to the PI <gg>.
