The Wheeler buy was either Founder's or Options shares and he paid .63/share, however the other insider buys were on the open market. Also, if I recall accurately McBride also bought 2.7MM shares on 10/30/00, also for .63/share. I think the biggest impact from psix bust is the psychological one, that tends to paint the whole sector with the fear of bankruptcy. Actually, the Psix melt-down might give INAP a chance to pick up some hardware on the cheap as well as woo some of their business customers.
