"Do you really think anyone here really gives a sh*t about all this."

Considering that a law firm that won a 6 BILLION dollar lawsuit is investigating the potential for a class action suit I bet the other side would be glad to see on the record that posters on this thread were never harmed by Market Gems and or Pristine and are not interested in anything to do with them...including any settlement monies or judgement award that they might be entitled to when all is said and done.

By the way, one of the arrows that Jenna loves to throw is the one about critics being non-traders. You have no knowledge as to whether I trade or not and any assertion that I don't would be false.

I agree w/ Susan's post...but, who says that isn't tim...the picture in his profile sure looks like him...I will say no more because I'm not interested is those goings on either...but am rather tired of the epic....keep me out of it...either side!

what I came to post about , is: Nas 100 futures are down some 9-11 pts...not what I expected yet...actually expect a flat to up open until noon...optimistic view....however very much early for futures games....I rarely play then after market hours...it's tough enough during the day...

as most of us try to develop a trading plan over the weekend some weeks are harder to develop strategies than others....I have been using a strategy the last few months of trading what the crowd wants to hold and trade...it gives ample opportunity during the day to scalp points in both directions....as I am now used to trading futures which requires a very fast trigger finger and even shorter period of thought it has made scalping quality stocks a little easier...however, I have noticed more and more traders have fast direct executions and are following futures and tick...which is making it harder and faster....depending on your systems, software and experience....like the one key rule in checkers...'stay one move ahead of the other guy' gets harder everyday...I may have to stop sharing my feeble ideas as I'm sure I'm a step behind even smarter kegs on this beer wagon....as I continue to search for more brewing ideas for success....I have always done my own thing...still waiting for it to pay off....but, I am always willing to share what I learn....otherwise where would I get my ideas if others weren't willing to share their thoughts either?

Live and Let Live.....learn by doing and sharing
