history will be the judge, and fwiw there's a nice gap there from 98...

but then again, the chances of revisting the 98 lows are out of the question across the board.

I think your targets are too low, but there is a small 4.5 cent gap at $5.625, on 10/15/98 so I guess anythings possible.
