Oh Jerry, I know it, lot's of cash parked out there. I just found this, and now remember, Costello pointed out and started his report with 'Trimtabs turned bearish', here's an article that also mentions that, for what it's worth:
Insider sentiment, one of the best predictors of a downturn, has been heading south. The shorts are
flourishing on the New York Stock Exchange.
And the people who monitor mutual fund flows at Trimtabs.com turned bearish
last Monday even as the Investment Company Institute was announcing strong inflows for April. (Ah, April.) ``There is not
enough new cash to take stock prices higher anytime soon,'' they wrote.
