In California, energy consumption up 4% now back down 15% with conservation. natural gas suppliers (mainly from Texas) profits up 500%. those companies cost the same as last year. can you do math? do you understand the corruptive power of money in politics at all? don't be naive. Texas has one of the worst political corruption records around when it comes to money. the S+L debacle was born there and flourished there. nothing has changed except only one party controls Texas now.
