CSCO has its own set of problems to overcome. That is not to suggest others don't have their problems, but CSCO's entire business model is in jeopardy...

I think CSCO is sandbagging.

It helps any of these companies to serve maximum gloom and doom now so they have a prayer of presenting evidence of recovery and new growth in the future. 10Q's always list worst case scenarios of potential realities.

Some of the gloom and doom is warranted and many of these companies will exist only as memories of their founders and sponsors in the meso-future

However, businesses and individuals continue to pay for increased bandwidth and services but at a normalizing rate. No one knows what the "metrics" will be that establish the baseline.

When a bubble pops there is chaos and it still dominates.
