TYCO will sell 2 billion in stock (that's called dilution) to repay some debt. Ostensibly, the debt was incurred at higher interest rates. So with rates low now the deal makes sense if the interest savings exceed the dilution. I'll leave the pea counters to do the numbers...I'll watch the price of the stock tomorrow...that'll tell me what I need to know.

Generic Drugs DRMD (another possible and one I don't currently own Technical Rank: 3rd out of 14 stocks in generic drug sector, rated #1 overall and most attractive might be a chance to pick this up on a pullback or if the sector continues to EXPLODE to the upside ).. we chose this sector BEFORE it became a "hot" fad sector.

Market Gems has been promoting the generic drug sector FOR WEEKS and at this point we are still long in that sector. TARO we grabbed before it moved up and MYL and BRL were called swing trades BEFORE it moved up. ESCM (not generic but a long play), BRL,IPXL(still not doing much but we're long) ADRX, IVX, MYL,MIMS(a long) KG (not generic but a hold).. we are long pharmies and will hold as long as they trend up. We find it amazing that these stocks don't get 'acceptance' until they are already way up and touted on CNBC after we've been long a while already. Perhaps if CNBC would monitor our thread they would get the scoop.
