Ok, I'll short a guilty verdict. A dismissal is a sell short term, but a subsequent buy long term. Is "Nolo Contendre" a hold? A decision in favor of the defendant will signal a sell at the top whenever it occurs may it be before or after the verdict. I will be buying semis if the Judge's name starts with an 'S' but selling them if his last name is Short. Maybe Matlock will there.
