Hi dk, No, Their involvement does not throw up a red flag to me. I am sure that they were probably hired due to their ability to bring investors into the company. Whether or not WTAI was aware of their misuse of revenues they received at Alliance is yet to be seen. IF they had been indicted for the same allegations at WTAI Then I would be concerned. If you had references for a couple that had brought Millions of dollars into another company wouldn't You want to hire them to help Your company? The fact that they misused the funds has just now come out. It would be interesting to know if Douglas Norman knew about the situation at Alliance Before they were hired Eh? The stock could see a drop due to the news and IMHO I would take it as an opportunity to enter into a position in the stock. It would definitely be a risk but I HOPE that the Brownes involvement in this case will not affect WTAI, we shall see.

Take Care DK! Sincerely, bbgold :^)
