Hi Shaw,

Your in with CEN-v @$.59 for 16,949 shares.

Chart for Circle Energy, Inc.(CEN-v):

stockcharts.com[l,a]djclnimy[dc][pc20!b50!b100!b200][vc60][iLl14!Lh14,3!La12,26,9]

Looking at the chart for CEN we can see the stock is in an uptrend and is currently trading above all it's major MA's. The stock should have good support @$.45 it's 20EMA and the 9x normal volume trading from Friday bodes well for this stock short term. All the chart indicators are positive and showing further upside possibilities. A nice bullish looking chart.

Good luck with this pick,
Al

Circle Energy postpones annual general meeting

Thu 7 Jun 2001

News Release

Mr. John Clark reports

Griffiths McBurney and Partners has been engaged as financial adviser to
the company's special committee of the board appointed to consider
alternatives for maximizing shareholder value.
In order to allow the special committee and the board adequate time to
consider value maximization alternatives and formulate a recommendation to
shareholders, Circle also reports that the annual general meeting of
shareholders scheduled for Wednesday, June 27, 2001, is being postponed. A
new date for the meeting will be established after the special committee
has submitted its report to the board. If the value maximization approach
adopted by the board will require shareholder approval, a new information
circular will be sent to shareholders containing all information necessary
for shareholders to make a decision regarding the recommended strategy.
