Can someone tell me why NVS has not risen on all the positive writeups of their new cancer drug??

NW: NVS has a fairly tight, well-defined channel. If it is not derailed by a large acquisition or bad news from the FDA (to match the recent bad news from Europe), it should easily move back into the 40s. As with most big drug companies, there is a huge institutional presence in this stock, btw. M2
