yup!
for a short time there were a couple of ISPs that were supposedly going to move into China and sign up 4 billion Chinese users and make lots of money, and the stocks of these co's were in the stratosphere. Well I think now the market realizes that people living in dire poverty aren't about to sign up for internet.
