Yup! Not only do you have a preponderance of the world's religions against you, but any attempt at systematic scientific debate quickly reveals that one side has a whole huge pile of fact, intertwined with consistent theory, while the other has a story in a book, a lot of faith, and at best a collection of "facts" which are either out and out false, provably so, or misunderstood.

Soros, we are wide open here to discuss nothing and everything. However, experience has shown that two subjects should be avoided. We can only address them indirectly.

1) POLITICS

2) RELIGION

Whenever on of these two subjests rears its head here, it results in a lot of angry posts, and causes bad feelings. We are just not capable of kidding each other about them.
