SAN MATEO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 4, 2001-- Siebel Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq:SEBL - news), the world's leading provider of eBusiness applications software, today announced that Gateway Inc. (NYSE: GTW - news) is standardizing its customer-relationship management operations on Siebel eBusiness Applications. By creating a single repository for all customer interactions, Siebel Systems' software will enable Gateway employees across many disciplines to effectively enhance customer relationships by providing a consistent, world-class customer experience across all channels and geographies.
