OH you mean the nastiness surrounding you touting a stock picking service and touting Jenna's extraordinary ability and inviting people to sign up for a free trial while failing to disclose to the public that you were affiliated with them as a moderator and received constructive compensation from Pristine. Wait, failure to disclose is the wrong term. The correct term would be LIED about being a moderator of a stock picking service that you were touting. but I bet you think it is okay to take kickbacks/compensation from clients trades without disclosure...or take kickbacks/compensation for each trade and lie about it.... one person's good guy is another's bad guy I surely hope you don't lie on that tax return because a class action lawsuit would be the least of your worries. At least with that you won't land in jail as you can for lying to the government.
