ENE seems to have a good chart.

As for the market being near an oversold point, I don't see it. I see what your MACD indicator shows with QQQ (a sell signal, oddly enough).

If anything, I'd short after another brief rally. But what do I know? I never listened when the PTATR gang was telling me what was what.

Chris the oils should be hot today as well as refiners. From Briefing.com .......

09:02 ET Sunoco (SUN) 39.43: Oil is where the upside preannouncements are today: VLO, WHES, and now SUN: company says Q2 earnings will be in the $1.75-2.25 range vs current First Call estimate of $1.63; Sunoco also notes that it expected to have fully utilized its remaining $150 mln share repurchase authorization by the close Q2.

08:42 ET Valero Energy (VLO) 44.73: Company expects Q2 earnings to exceed $4/share, up from prior guidance of $3.25-3.75; says that refined product margins were very strong in May.

Have to head to work in a bit soon as the wife gets home but from what I see so far, Allan's read is pretty darn good thus far. Still this drop later in the week should be buyable if he is right and we still have a "C" wave up to go. Not sure how I can marry that to my weekly gravestone doji though unless that was just pointing to this shorter term drop the last couple weeks.

Good Luck,

Lee
