Chuck, No I chucked this one 2 Quarterly reports ago when they had less than 5 months cash to bankruptcy... Warburg bailed them out in the intervening period; and now is taking them private. I got discouraged when their business sounded more like an application development / maintenance business (i.e. develop and maintain each application uniquely) model rather than a Software vendor. ( i.e. Develop once, sell millions of times). Selling last year allowed me to reduce my capital gains taxes by more per share than CBLT is getting taken private for. It's a little sad as this did sound like a very promising opportunity. Ian.
