Zeev Hed: Posts regarding the Middle East that pertain to the market "that are not being used to include a political rant" have NEVER been challenged by me NEVER. However, post that are in and of them selves a vehicle for a political rant have been... There is nothing more volatile than religion and politics. The Middle East has both. I have repeatedly asked that MDD not be used as a soapbox to proffer political ideology. One has repeatedly ignored my request... I am not at liberty to discuss your second point on SI, as I am at risk of account termination if I do so. Regards, LG

developments in the middle east are critical to market direction, and thus understanding these developments and whether or not these will lead to open war or oil embargo as Arafat is now advocating, is an absolute necessity when discussing market direction Yes and No. The developments in the middle east may matter to market direction. However, the blame game is an off topic issue, IMHO. (after having time to think about it) In addition, our opinions don't matter anyways. I hope the parties come to a peaceful resolution.
