I would say that there are probably many things going on behind the scenes that you don't know about. Well how about waiting till it's public information? I can't believe you guys don't care how many people use these threads for stock trading information. I think it's very rude to just destroy a thread for your own purposes. If in the end Tim wins/loses a law suit, so be it, but why wreck threads until that happens? Fred
