Wheel, For me it is primarily a matter of monitoring trading in Microsoft. That is the principal indicator for me. Of course, there a lot of indicators but IMHO, this one is very important.

Today, I noticed the stock dipped a bit below 70 but the bounce back was very fast.

The way the stock is doing today is indicating that the MSFT stock is very much in demand and seems to waiting to make a move...and that means the Nasdaq is also about do the same, more or less.

Therefore, my plays basically becomes a bet on the Nasdaq100 or QQQ stocks. MSFT Appeals Court ruling news should drag the market in the direction of MSFT stock after the verdict. However, the anticipation of the ruling should push MSFT and the Naz higher, imho. The decision should be out sometime in June and MSFT should gain leading into that day.

It is basically a plan to pick and choose the tech stocks that should get the most lift.

(of course MSFT is my favorite but others should get better percentage gains under my bullish scenario--maybe just QQQs are good enough)
