More can be done too. I think the governor in Cal. should send one high efficiency bulb to every single household in the state, that alone would help a lot. Or better yet, business could use them as promotional items. But then again, we are talking about California. Some people would wear them as jewelry, others would throw them at each other like bombs, still others would make art out of them or the really sad would steal them and re sell them. <g>
