As the 21st Century progresses they will. Or at least their money will. You see, while we are letting the Al Gores and Puff Daschles talk us into believing in lock boxes, and con us into thinking that 90% of the current government belongs in place, many other nations are realizing the fraud of socialism and gradually throwing it off. By mid-century, if we are not more careful about our elections, we will be the last bastion of ignorant socialism on Earth, and we will have virtually no capital left at all. There are those on this thread who think that's just fine...
