I know this isn't the Jim Rogers thread, but let me just add that he was pounding the table on Treasury Bonds in late 1994, and had a large leveraged long position in that market throughout the powerful bond rally of 1995. Also, FWIW, his prediction that we would have an electricity crisis around the turn of the century was actually made all the way back in 1994. He started buying at the bottom of the 1994 bear market for utilities.
