What's the official cycle turn date as far as you are concerned? Today? Tomorrow? I was looking for a low from an EW perspective (wrap up five down) but I'm starting to wonder...

I am old enough to remember a lot of partially finished office buildings, a lot of "for rent" signs, and a lot of closed factories and shops. Fortunately for us, that sort of thing could never happen again, not as long as we have Greenspan. Or could it?
