I find that interesting....without a rise in subscription fee's, AOL met and/or exceeded earnings estimates in an environment where many companies were DRASTICALLY reducing estimates AND then still missing those lowered estimates.....

5 Billion dollar share buy back program fixing to get underway!!

Now, they have raised their monthly fee $2, or so which will really add to the bottom line numbers, not to mention all the other mega deals they have done and are doing......Announced deals with juno and earthlink, I believe...rollout of broadband.....new deal with wall-mart and $10 monthly access thru their compuserve brand name and etc, etc, etc

Time will tell, but AOL could be poised to be a large cash machine.
