Oils.. hope they move up tomorrow. One of my favorite oil service still is HAL which moved well into the close. Options are not assets but when you want a bounce, there is nothing better. Hopefully OLOG will move up tomorrow and pick up the oil service sector once again. Looking for another great morning of gap 'n crap in the techs, and still plan for a 9:40 to 10:15 short that with luck will continue through the 10:25 to 10:35 reversal period. If not then I'll look to short a spike high like we did this morning. ADI's chart looks like a bear flag rally and CMVT was a good short without having to resort to scalping for 1/8 to 1/2 point. I don't figure we'll have a chance to short CMVT for a while, but with the sorry moves of CHKP, QLGC, and FNSR on Monday, we will have more downside tomorrow in enough techs. Still looking for the short side although I do see the 10:35 time period as possible reversal. Notice how CHKP reversed its downside at 10:30 before getting knocked down once again at the declining 50 period moving average. USUALLY BUT NOT ALWAYS, THE MORNING MOVE (in this case the SHORT) WILL repeat itself by 1:30 to 2:00 reversal period so don't give up on a short that you have covered.

Remember if you are short you can't expect to hold the short non stop throughout the day. As long as you can hold it through 10:15 and hopefully through 10:35 you are onto a good trade!
