I like your analysis, it make lots of sense to an educated investor.
Problem is, KKD investors are not educated to your analysis and its been a momentum stock as well.

last 3 quarters they have shown year over year EPS growth of 40%, 150% and latest 54% compared to a forward pe of 66

So, based on these numbers, valuation is not outragious.
Also, the fact that they have slaughtered all estimates every quarter doesnt hurt.

In your analysis, you made great points, and I agree with them.
This is a bubble, and it will burst, but not in the short term.
First sign of disappointment or poor sss, and the axe fill fall quickly.
