Well my wife thought the Mexican meal cum sausage sucked. I thought it was ok... so I guess that means I'LL be the one taking the leftovers for lunch. Hellmans has come out with a new citrus dressing so I got the tropical one and added tangarine chiffon yogurt to it as a salad dressing. It was fantastic over the lettuce, vidalia and tomato salad... but my wife didn't eat very much... she doesn't like salads. I am using the leftover dressing to marinate boneless chicken breasts for shish kabobs tomorrow. I'll have to let you know how they came out. (Guess my wife will make scrambled eggs later tonight as a booster)
