A friend from Havana, Illinois stopped by today. They have a high school with about 300 students. The teacher payroll got to big so they had to let some staff go. They had 36 coaches for 300 students but they had seniority so math and science teachers were let go.

His son is an Eagle Scout and the summer Scout camp is planned to meet on a Florida Key, kayak to an island, and with some food brought in, basically eat what they catch for two weeks. Geez, to be 18 again.
