Kevin, old son, I have a good deal of respect for you due to our shared ZIXI short. Now there's a real POS. My problem with Goldie is that he is abusive without reason and refuses to back up - with facts - any position that he takes, while expecting others to accept his pronouncements. Now, he made a bunch of assumptions about me without knowing me from Adam, all of which were incorrect. Is this the mind and attitude of a person you want to trust? As for TSCM, they've done some things right and some things wrong. This time around they have made allegations without sufficient evidence. I guarantee you that I would sell my small position (and short the hell out of the stock) in about 5 seconds if presented with firm proof that management has intentionally misled investors.
