"I saw no lie"

If you are not capable of seeing the lie then you probably aren't capable of seeing other things......

However, I would like to ask the same question I have seen asked from someone else:

In your opinion, would it be ethically wrong for a stock picking service whether it was the principals and/or associates to get compensated or take kickbacks for each trade (churn after churn after churn) made by clients if there was no disclosure and/or if the clients were flat out lied to ...

Then, in your opinion would it be LEGALLY wrong whether in a criminal or civil manner.

Should a stock picking service who does such a thing be exposed? What if Tokoyo Joe had been guilty of such a thing? Should people work hard to uncover such scams or should they go quietly in the night and let people be fleeced. TMEX was fined 750,000 and this was not even an allegation ..though there were others.

Hi Jeff...I just came upon your post. All is aboveboard. I was asked to help Jenna, and this is what I did, for no compensation ("consideration"). And yes, I did volunteer. But to your question as to why these strange folks skip from thread to thread....well, it's what they do, 'cause they can't trade too well, don't love the market and the interplay of ideas. I've never met so many fine, gentle, astute people as I have in the past few years. Thanks for your post.

Jeff: The thread is not ruined, it remains.... because of the people who post here. I've been around the markets a long time and the ideas and posts I see from you and the others are terrific; they put CNBC to shame. The interlopers will leave if they're ignored and the thread will survive as it continues to attract the best. If I've kept the intruders around for a bit because I've responded, I apologize. I'll not do it again.
