James, I don't have a cell phone and if I did I might use while driving, I don't know. I also don't know what percentage of drivers have and use phones while driving. But I guess that the only folks any would notice with cells in cars are those who are being stupid. I also don't know how many accidents occur at toll booths. So if one who voted for mr bill is not denied a drivers license, then raw stupidy does not prevent one from getting a drivers license. tom watson tosiwmee
