Gottfried or anyone, Have any of you ever looked at FEI (Ticker FEIC)? It's a relatively unknown equipment maker which specializes in dual beams (a combo of electron microscope and ion beam). They seem to be benefiting from the switch to copper, 300mm and the smaller dimensions. They are bucking the industry trends and are actually showing higher sales. If anyone is interested in reading a May 28 article in The Oregonian, here's a link: oregonlive.com I wouldn't mind hearing some of your opinions, if you have any.
