dabum, re ESV: now if one used PnF it would have a sell signal which would not become a 'buy' till 39. stockcharts.com

[my problem is I cannot decide on a TA method once and for all :)].
Another interesting divergence was with ALA. No TA indicator looks good, but it is sure being accumulated stockcharts.com[w,a]daclyymy[pb50!b200][vc60][iUb14!La12,26,9!Lf!Ls12,26,9]

I'm not recommending anything, just sharing some observations.

Gottfried

ESV NE RIG It sure seems odd that RIG took over leadership in the offshore drillers. I have not updated my spreadsheet today, but I see RIG trading at 17 X 2002 EPS while the rest are trading at and average of 13 X 2002 EPS. RIG is higher on its 2001 multiple as well.

My suspicions are many, but RIG was slow to the party and got beat up allot until a month or two ago while ESV NE and others rocked on. Now it looks like NE ESV and other will need new interested investors to rise again.

Again Dabum thanks.
