Let's see, for a meme (i.e. a brain infection by an idea or a group of ideas) to successfully infect a population, the dogma must be stable, require mandatory evangelization, have a punishment hook, and permit no questioning of the fundamental dogma.

difference between Biblical Christianity and all other religions ..... it is commanded to share it with others because everyone's eternity is on the line.

1. Have u read the Koran ? Do you claim to be an authority on the teachings there ??

2. Have you read the Hindu Vedas ? Do you claim to be an authority on the teachings there ??

There are other religious beliefs that I am not familiar with, so I wont introduce discussion on them.

If the answer to either of the above set of questions is "No", then you have no business preaching what you consider "religious facts for the good of humankind".

cheers, kumar

Hadn't you noticed that the supposed Christian need to "share" doesn't hold a patch to the Muslim need to convert or eliminate the conflict.

Actually, the most Christian man I have ever known was an uncle would wouldn't miss a good opportunity to share, but who also respected that one had one's own feelings and beliefs, so he would never attempt to cram anything down an unwilling throat. In fact, he was even willing to listen and learn since he was quite secure in his faith.
