Clay M., what happens when you try to dial out? Does the modem dial and THEN you get an error message? What exactly is the error message? How do you know there is a hardware conflict? Gottfried

equuscs.com The PCI Serial Controller(or PCI Communcations Device) is actually you're modem. In order to finish the installation you will need to double click on the PCI Serial Controller in the Device Manager, and click the Update Driver Tab. Then install the driver from there. jkcomputing.com
