Ok Flap, it looks like you're right and I'm wrong. Sorry.

I must have been under the ocean and missed the entire episode. After seeing your latest reply, I decided to do some clicking around myself and ran across quite a few references too.

Here's a rough summary from what I've discovered, which closely echo's what Patricia originally said...

On his TV show, early in the Clinton administration, Limbaugh put up a picture of Socks, the White House cat, and asked, "Did you know there's a White House dog?" Then a picture of Chelsea Clinton flashed on the screen, she was 13 years old at the time.

When viewers objected, he claimed, that the gag was an accident and that without his permission some technician had put up a picture of Chelsea.

I couldn't find any references where he apologized for the incident.

Thanks for the 1993 link flap, and also search site. Looks like Rush has learned from his remark of 8 years ago...We'll have to watch the liberal show hosts remarks also...and "entertainers" like Baldwin, Brabra, etc...

BTW, thought these were cute .....which is the real you? :D
