Don't waste your breath. Even though the PRC has publicly stated that it does not rule out the use of force to bring Taiwan into the fold, against its will, and continues to build up cross-strait missile forces and is aiming for blue-water navy capabilities... Richie says we're just being paranoid and looking for trouble.
