I even gave him a copy of the "Velveteen Rabbit". I saw him using it to write scripture in the margins--sheesh.

When Greg came to the island I was the only outsider resident. As well, the Owner and two children were there. As the sole occupant, it was my obligation, to myself and to the children, to judge his behaviour. He was talking about the cold and the ice and the frigid palms--all this in 97 % weather! I feared for the occupants of the island, and did what I thought best having reached a consensus;)

Does he still believe the island is cold? I am no longer the only resident of the island, so future judgements I will be unable to repudiate--my power consisting only of one opinion and not of force...

My original premise was, If you can't take the heat, move to an Arctic island. Hence the ice bergs. Bali is hotter than SI, so it was deemed unsuitable.

No need for a map, because the stars are "fixed" and are sufficient for navigation. I wonder how that happened? Fortunately the woman was from a different family than the hunters, since she was no burden to then personally, they allowed her to go her way. The Netherlands, have nothing, on those guys. Last I heard she was thumbing down the Alaska highway.
