I have been cooking since I was in my teens... and that was 200 years ago or so it seems. In fact, 25 years ago I was the featured cook in the Evening Crabwrapper (Capital - we call it Crabwrapper here in Annapolis, MD) newspaper and I prepared an African meal with Doro Wat and fermented pancakes and a bunch of other HOT things. My wife and I share the cooking... I make between 1/4 - 1/2 of the dinners... depends on season, job and other demands on time.
