=DJ AremisSoft Halted -3: Trading Opens; Stock Off 5.4% Page 1/1

AremisSoft's stock opened lower later Tuesday, following a trading halt
ordered by Nasdaq before the morning bell. The stock started at $12.35, down 5%
from Monday's close. It traded as low as $11.95 before recovering slightly to
trade at $12.30, down 70 cents or 4.6%, recently. Trading volume was heavy out
of the gate at 2.1 million shares traded, compared with an average daily volume
of 2 million shares.

Read the 6/5 NYT article & AREM response - The latter came off as thorough and highly credible. Jacobs appears to have put more money where his mouth [& research] is. Have been on cruise and thus only limited access [this from net cafe in Hallifax]. This is why no recent comments. Am not completely familiar with the recent goings back and forth, but have seen nothing of substance to shake my confidence.
Has Herb raised any significant new issues?
